RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our Commitment to Quality
At Les Belles Lunettes Mauritius, we ensure all products are inspected before dispatch. However, please note our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our luxury eyewear, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal convenience, or if you simply no longer wish to keep the purchased item. This includes choices regarding model or colour made by the customer.

Defects & Non-Conformity
This exclusion does not apply in cases where the product is defective, does not match its description, a delivery error has occurred, or damage is noticed upon receipt. Your mandatory rights under Mauritian law remain fully protected.

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your sunglasses are defective or non-compliant, please contact us immediately at hello@lesbelleslunettes.mu with:
- Your proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the issue
- The complete product (including case and accessories)

Resolution
Upon verification, LUJUSU LTD will propose a solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Legal Note: In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and the official French version of our General Terms & Conditions, the French version shall prevail, subject to mandatory Mauritian law.
