Our Commitment to Quality
At Les Belles Lunettes Mauritius, we ensure all products are inspected before dispatch.

Change of Mind — 14-Day Returns
You may return an item for change of mind within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the product must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with its case and all accessories included. Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are borne by the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original and return shipping) or, at your choice, an exchange or store credit. Custom or corrective (prescription) lenses made to your specification cannot be returned for change of mind.

Defects & Non-Conformity
This 14-day option is in addition to your mandatory rights under Mauritian law. Where the product is defective, does not match its description, a delivery error has occurred, or damage is noticed upon receipt, the resolution is handled at no cost to you.

How to Make a Claim
Please contact us at hello@lesbelleslunettes.mu with: your proof of purchase, clear photographs (in case of a defect), and the complete product (including case and accessories).

Resolution
Upon verification, LUJUSU LTD will propose a solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Legal Note: In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and the official French version of our General Terms & Conditions, the French version shall prevail, subject to mandatory Mauritian law.
