TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of non-prescription sunglasses by LUJUSU LTD, conducted either in our Grand Baie boutique or via lesbelleslunettes.mu. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms in force on the date of sale.

2. Products & Pricing
Products are described with essential features (brand, model, colour). Website images are indicative and may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are stated in Mauritian Rupees (MUR/Rs), inclusive of applicable VAT. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you for confirmation before dispatch.

3. Orders
Online orders become final after cart validation, acceptance of these terms, and successful payment. LUJUSU LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock shortages, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

4. Payment & Ownership
Payment is due immediately. Products remain the property of LUJUSU LTD until full payment is received.

5. Personal Data
Your data is processed strictly for sales management, delivery, and legal obligations. We do not share your data except with necessary service providers (payment, logistics). You may exercise your data rights by contacting hello@lesbelleslunettes.mu.

6. Liability & Force Majeure
LUJUSU LTD is not liable for indirect damages or issues arising from non-compliant use of the products. Our obligations may be suspended in cases of force majeure (e.g., cyclones, network failures, strikes).

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Mauritian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
