Delivery Area & Costs
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery throughout Mauritius for all orders placed on lesbelleslunettes.mu. 

Processing Time
Orders are processed and confirmed upon payment validation. Once confirmed, your sunglasses will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, subject to stock availability and correct delivery details.

Click & Collect
For your convenience, a free Click & Collect service is available at our boutique located at Chemin Vingt Pieds, Grand Baie. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, LUJUSU LTD shall not be liable for compensation regarding reasonable delays or those caused by external events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, logistical disruptions).

Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon physical handover of the product or effective delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

Legal Note: In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and the official French version of our General Terms & Conditions, the French version shall prevail, subject to mandatory Mauritian law.
